This is your life and no one has the power to tell you what you think of yourself. It’s it’s super important that we do some small but intentional things that will help our mindsets to be healthy and remain focused on the things that matter most.
Affirm Your Day – I let go of the idea that I can do everything and focus my attention on things that matter most to me.
I prune out the rest to be able to quality work without stretching myself too far. Because I am clear on where I am going, I find it natural to break down the steps I need to take to get there.
