Tomatoes (vitamin c, lycopene) – may stimulate collagen fight against cellular damage.
Carrots (carotenoids) – protection against UV damage. It helps repair skin tissues while also protecting skin from harmful radiation.
Olive Oil (Vitamin E) – may help decrease your acne by killing off the bacteria that causes the acne.
Avocados (vitamin E, fatty acids) – help moisturize and protect your skin from damaging UV rays and also increase collagen metabolism.
Apples (antioxidants) – which may help strengthen hair, nails, and speed up skin cell production.
Blueberries (antioxidants) – combat free radicals from sun exposure, which can cause damage to our skin over time and speed up the aging process.
