Berries and dark leafy greens are rich in Vitamin A and C which help promote healthy skin cells and properties that help fight wrinkles and even acne. The easiest ways to sneak it your greens without the need to cook them, is by slipping them in your smoothies.

Ingredients:
1-2 handfuls of spinach/kale
3/4 cup of blueberries
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions Blend all ingredients until smooth.
