How Do I Build A Basic Skincare Routine

Healthy skin doesn’t happen overnight. A consistent skin care routine is essential to optimize your skin’s health, fortify its defenses and maximize your results. Don’t let the process stress you out, you can start with a basic skincare routine. In today’s video we share a three step process to get you started with a skincare routine.

How Do I Build A Basic Skin Care Routine

Every skincare routine includes these three main steps. Cleanse, Treat, Moisturize.

Step 1 is the cleanse step. Use a cleanser suited for your skin type. Not sure what’s the right products for your skin type or what regimen you should be following. Take the skin care finder quiz: Skin Care Finder 

Step 2 is all about treating the skin. This is the step you will use a mask, exfoliating scrub, eye cream or serums. Apply and rinse off if necessary.

Step 3 is a must, moisturize. Don’t do your skin a disservice and skip out on a moisturizer. Even if you have oily skin type. The skin needs to be hydrated and replenished in this step.

Always remember to add a SPF cream in your morning skincare routine.
