Blueberries – Vitamin C, vitamin K1, manganese
Strawberries – Vitamin C, folic acid, manganese and potassium
Coconut water – Potassium, electrolytes
Lemon juice – Vitamin C, folate and potassium
Chia seeds – Omega-3

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 cup coconut water
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon chia seeds

Instruction:
Place all ingredients in the bowl of blender. Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
