Start off by applying some loose translucent powder to your brows in order to mattify the skin. This will keep the color from moving around once it’s applied and really make it stick.
When choosing a color to define your brows, Kelsey recommends sticking close to your natural brow color or a shade lighter. Begin your bold brow look with the Avon True Color Glimmersticks Brow Definer using small strokes that mimic the hair.
