Affirm Your Day

Affirm Your Day – Affirmation for Momentum

Positive affirmations are a great tool to utilize during this pandemic, whether it’s to calm your fear or anxiety, to allow yourself to dream of a better future or to give you back a sense of self-worth and courage to keep pushing forward. In today’s video we share an affirmation for momentum.

Affirm Your Day: I strive to prevent any distractions that can interrupt my momentum.

Set your phone to voicemail, letting others know you are unavailable, and avoid looking at your emails until your work is done. Multitasking sounds great in concept, but know that trying to do several things at once takes away from the quality of your work. It also takes longer to complete all the tasks than if you had focused on them one at a time.

Today’s affirmation and self affirming exercise was from the book: It’s About Time – Daily Affirmations for Focus, Momentum, and Time Management, which is available on Amazon.
